I am originally from Long Island N.Y. and moved to the panhandle of Florida during my high school years. After completing high school I moved to Venice at age 17 and have been here since then. I have watched Venice grow from a small rural town into one of the most beautifully hidden retirement towns in SW Florida.

During my early years in Venice I had the contract for the Venice Fishing Pier. I was one of the originators and past Presidents of the Venice Pier Angler’s and started the first Kids Fish-a-thon on the Venice Pier and was heavily involved in that cause for several years. I also owned and operated a fairly large commercial lawn care company, handling several large commercial condominiums and HOA’s in the greater Venice area. From 2001 to present I have been a state licensed Community Association Manager between Punta Gorda and Venice, Florida, a few of the properties I managed as a portfolio manager were, Foxwood Condominium, a large portion of Southwood- Stonecastle HOA, Whitestone/Seagrass HOA, Palacio Del Sol Condominium, La Romana Condominium, Admiral’s Point Condominium and Orangewood Condominium in Punta Gorda just to name a few . This experience gives me a unique insight into community living.
